Couples seeking excellence
Mark and Peter were attentive hosts, always ready with tips for exploring the region. The dining experience was incredible, each meal was like a culinary masterpiece—perfectly executed and a true delight.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but considering the quality, certainly acceptable.

Had an amazing time with friends! The villa was a great base for exploring nearby vineyards and mountain lakes. We loved the local markets and enjoyed Geoffrey's fantastic cocktails. The hosts provided excellent recommendations for things to do, and the self-guided walks made for a fun afternoon. Breakfast was delicious and filled with homemade goodies.
We wanted to enjoy the outdoor area, but bad weather kept us from using it.

The room was spacious and really comfortable, which was a plus after a long journey. I loved the decor. it had a nice mix of historic charm and modern style. Plus, the bed was super cozy, so getting a good night's sleep wasn't a problem. The coffee and tea setup in the room was a nice touch too! Only downside was there could have been a little more variety in seating options around the pool for lounging. it made for a pleasant stay.

The themed gin weekend provided a beautifully curated experience with a stunning variety of gins and botanicals. The cozy atmosphere, enriched by a warming fire and charming decor, truly made the stay special.
Dinner options posed a limitation, particularly midweek, which could deter guests looking for more culinary variety. The basic breakfast for early leavers, consisting only of a fruit piece and few pastries, felt underwhelming and could use more thoughtful additions for those in a rush.

Beautiful and Relaxing Experience
Our stay was highlighted by the charming ambiance of an artfully restored villa and the Michelin-style meals prepared by Peter, featuring locally sourced ingredients. The spacious room was equipped with a fantastic in-room coffee maker, and the delicious breakfasts were a lovely way to start our days. Engaging conversations with our hosts added a personal touch to our experience. I would have preferred a more varied outdoor seating option near the pool for a better lounging experience.
